JAMMU, july 30: Minister for Tribal Affairs Javed Rana issued circular issued directing completion of Forest Rights Act claim verification, including in urban areas, and mentioned no forest-dwelling ST or traditional forest dweller can be evicted until the recognition and verification process is complete.
