Jammu, July 29: Devansh Yadav, commissioner, JMC is doing his best to streamline the system in Jammu Municipal Corporation but there are lot of blacksheeps in Enforcement wing.
It is well aware of the fact that otherwise a structure cannot be constructed in a day but take days, weeks, months, years but giving notices after completion or near completion, under various sections is a question on the big team of officers which is meant to check illegal , otherwise what they were doing till day, raised questions towards the working of KWI, KWO, DC,& JC(R&E), who have been assigned the job?
However, it is to mention here that now Commissioner, JMC has recently constituted a committee headed by JC(R&E) regarding Enforcement Related Issues & has asked him to submit reports regarding Enforcement Violations on daily as normal norm is allowing illegal constructions up to some level & after that start issuing Notices after complaints.
However, JMC acted on a structure in Gandhi Nagar Jammu and demolished the building.
