Srinagar, July 29: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has cancelled the engagement of Dr Muzammil Nazir as Associate Professor in the Department of Community Medicine at Government Medical College (GMC), Handwara, citing non-compliance with the terms governing academic arrangements.
