SRINAGAR, July 30: Nalin Prabhat, DGP J&K has ordered the attachment of properties belonging to 5 notorious terrorists, now operating from Pakistan.
Besides, J&K Police has secured Proclamation Proceedings against Mohd Qasim, a top Lashkar operative, who is also operating from Pakistan.
His property was attached in March 26.
