Anantnag, October 07: The MLAs of National Conference and Congress protested against the Food and Supplies department for issuing licenses to fair price shop dealers.
The four legislators Altaf Kolu, Advocate Majid Larmi, Gulzar Wani andto Amin Bhat reportedly visited the Assistant Director’s office against the issuance of licenses to fair price shop dealers. The legislators were demanded transfer of employees particularly Section Officer of Assistant Director’s Office Anantang.
They have given ultimatum to the department, asking them to come clear over the issue. The legislators also threatened to disturb board meetings to be held on 12th of this month.
