JAMMU, Sep 12: IAS Officer Saugat Biswas to join in Jammu and Kashmir, whereas Cheif Secretary Arunachal Pradesh Manish gupta appreciated Saugat Biswas's Service tenure in the State.
CS did farewell to Saugat Biswas, IAS, Commissioner, Transport & Divisional Commissioner (Central), on his transfer to Jammu and Kashmir.
CS said "Since joining the Government of Arunachal Pradesh in July 2023, Shri Biswas has served in several important assignments across diverse departments. His tenure has been marked by his contribution to the administration of the State and his commitment to the responsibilities entrusted to him.
I place on record my appreciation for his service to Arunachal Pradesh and wish him continued success in his new assignment and all the very best for the future."
