SRINAGAR, Sep 04: Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed 25 officers as Liaison Officers to coordinate with visiting VVIPs and dignitaries during the first International Film Festival of Jammu & Kashmir, scheduled to be held from September 7 to 10.
