NEW DELHI, Sep 03: AGMUT cadre IAS Officer Kesavan R to join as Deputy Director on deputation basis in Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research, Puducherry.
As per details with Cross Town News, Kesavan R was earlier transferred to Lakshadweep from Puducherry by Ministry of Home Affairs on July 09.
As per further detail with Cross Town News, Kesavan , was selected for the post Deputy Director JIPMER on 31st July.
Now the Officer has been relieved by LG Puducherry to enable him to join at JIPMER.
The relieving order copy with Cross Town News reads as " In pursuance of the MHA letter and Offer of Appointment of JIPMER read above, the Lieutenant Governor, Puducherry is pleased to relieve Shri R. Kesavan, I.A.S. (AGMUT:2013), Secretary (Personnel), Puducherry from this UT Administration on the afternoon of 02.09.2026 to take up his new assignment as Deputy Director (Admin.) at JIPMER, Puducherry, on deputation basis."
