Jammu, Oct 21: In C.P./295/2025 (JAMMU)InO.A./1013/2022 titled RAKSHIT MARIAVsMR. M. RAJU, COMMISSIONER SECRETARY AND ANOTHER after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Vide order dated 29.09.2026, Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir ServiceSelection Board, CPO Chowk, Panjthirthi, Jammu was directed to complywith the order failing which his salary would be stopped on the nexthearing, however, when the matter was taken up today, surprisingly,neither the order was complied, nor the Secretary was present before this Court, thereby disobeying the order of this Court.
Keeping this in view, we are constrained to stop the salary of Secretary,Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board, CPO Chowk, Panjthirthi,Jammu.
DDO concerned is directed to stop the salary of the said officer withimmediate effect and the same shall not be released until further orders.
