NEW DELHI, Oct 21: Chief Secretary Ladakh Ashish Kundra has been promoted to Apex Scale.
The Order copy with Cross Town News reads as "In pursuance to the recommendations of the Screening Committee in its meeting held on 08.12.2025, Shri Ashish Kundra, IAS (AGMUT: 1996), currently posted in the cadre, is hereby promoted to the Apex Grade of the Indian Administrative Service (LEVEL 17 in the Pay,Matrix) with effect from 01,11.2026 or the date of assumption of charge, whichever is later. "
