JAMMU, Sept 3: Vishesh Mahajan, Transport Commissioner, Jammu & Kashmir, has directed all Deputy Commissioners, Senior Superintendents of Police, RTOs, and ARTOs to ensure strict regulation and enforcement of rules governing the operation of e-rickshaws across the Union Territory.
