Jammu, Aug 10: No doubts, lot of officers are misusing there powers in open violations Rules & Laws & even openly non complying LG & CM's orders & following no actions by such top bosses is making other officers to commit more illegalitys.
However biggest ever non compliance of LG & CM can be observed from LG's 02 Administrative Councils Decisions No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022 followed by 25th July 2024 & CM's Order dtd 15th September 2025 over the same issue but neither LG Office nor CM's Office bothered to act for their non compliance speaks that how JKUT Govt is working in so called public deliverance?
However, now over another actions on assigning dutys of Enforcement Wing to senior Engineers, which is in open violation of Engineers Job Chart has been resented by J&K Civil Engineering Graduates Association & they showed their concern over the matter to Chief Secretary for his intervention into the matter, so that senior Engineers be relieved from further harassment by which they are being degraded & Govt Orders on their Job Chart is totally being violated.
