Jammu, July 30: There are questions on VC, JDA & Revenue Officers , Secretary & some other officers of JDA in the clouds in various issues.
However, it is well aware of the facts that VC, JDA by using super powers issuing illegal orders by adopting Pick & Choose in violation of Acts & Rules, which is causing unnecessary litigations on Govt Expenses, & which all are being "Stayed" by various courts by giving a jolt to H&UDD as a whole?
Now, one can see that once upon a time a demarcation report of some Khasra No 781 in Deeli was in possession of then VC, JDA in ref to No. DMJ/LO/21-22/1797 dtd. 28.07.2021 in accordance with order passed by court in PIL No. 19/2011?
But question that if they were having clear cut report of status of State/JDA lands since 28.07.2021, why they were sleeping till 2026 to retrive their lands?
Whether VC JDA will see that after 28.07.2021, when Notice Under Eviction of Govt Property were issued? What actions were further taken after issuance of such Notices & on which dates? Are dates of Notices in specified period of time etc etc, if verified shall speak the truth & working of JDA as a whole?
However, VC, JDA, in Caveat File in High Court vide No.1955/2026 in WP(C). NO 2121/2026 has confirmed that vide No. DMJ/LO/21-22/1797 dtd. 28.07.2021 & stands verified as per DGPS of the said Khasra Number.
However, the Notices issued by JDA's Estate Officer u/s 6, sub section (2) after sleeping for around 05 years in the July, 2026 stands "Stayed" by High Court & cases are listed on 3rd & 4th August for considerations. Details with CTN read as under:-
