Actions required on non compliance of Court orders in J&K

JAMMU, Feb 21: Courts are the final rescue for the innocents and  punishments for the culprits is a well known fact.  One knock the doors of Hon’ble courts when his grievance are not considered by the big bosses in the state.

Law Minister always says in media that he will act tough on the legal officers if they failed to act well in time but seems to be an eye wash. CTN has a big list of non compliances/delays made by various departments committed to file response in courts within the prescribed period of time causing delay in justice.

Even CTN has long details of his own other department of RD & PR where lot of cases are sub judice unnecessarily on the interest of his officers. He should call the details of his department to see that how many cases of his own department are lying pending on the fault of his officers & why?

His officers are also not filing reply well in time in the courts causing delay in justice to the innocents is a matter of concern.

One Surinder Sharma who is the senior most for promotion as Xen REW is not considered but his junior Mr. Chalkoo, who was appointed later than Mr. Sharma has been made senior to him in the seniority list  in a illegal manner is a matter of a high level enquiry.

Surinder Sharma is in the court since a long for his rights but not considered despite court orders  and  delays are made by the officers by this way or the other.

It shall be more appreciable if the Minister call the details of court cases from all the departments & status of not filing reply well in time by the officers concerned & act tough for non compliance shall bring a change.
