Srinagar, Jan 31: Today there is a improvement in weather conditions. Patches of blue sky were seen over the Valley despite cloudy weather as snow on rooftops and in the plains started melting.
But authorities have again issued a high alert avalanche warning in the higher reaches of Leh, Kargil, Kupwara, Kulgam, Baramulla and Ganderbal districts.
