JAMMU, Sep 28: Coverage of Government employees who have been appointed against the posts/vacancies advertised/notified for recruitment prior to notification of New Pension Scheme NPS issued vide SRO-400 dated 24-12-2009 under Defined Pension Scheme Old Pension Scheme in place of Defined Contribution Pension Scheme New Pension Scheme as provided in the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service Regulations 1956.
