JAMMU, Sep 27: One Executive Engineer,Lokesh Gupta who is set to retire on 30th September, 2026 ( after 4 days ) but Government ordered his transfer to other district.
This is being questioned widely in Engineering Circles as well as Administrative Circles , whether the HR wing of the department did not look into precedent , while making such Transfer.
