JAMMU, Sep 25: Superintending Engineer Er. Beiza Rafiq to coduct enquiry against AEE Mubarak Ahmad Ganie in Jammu and Kashmir.
The Order copy with Cross Town News reads as "In terms of Rule 33 of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Er. Beiza Rafiq, In- Charge Superintending Engineer(Civil), PW(R&B) Circle Bandipora, as Inquiry Officer and Er. Javeed Hafiz Facktoo, In-Charge Executive Engineer, R&B Division Sopore, as Presenting Officer to conduct of an indepth inquiry into the charges levelled against Mr. Mubarak Ahmad Ganie, AEE PWD(R&B) Division, Sopore in case FIR No. 13/2024 U/S 7 of PC Act, 1988 registered in P/S ACB, Baramulla."
