Jammu, Sep 28: Jammu and Kashmir Government has called for "Letter of Invitation" for selection of Consultants for Master Plan of "Patnitop Dev Authority" & other Authorities
However, it is also a matter of concern that PDA has wasted around 15 Lakh on revised Master Plan of Patnitop area but was never utilized on ground.
Will the responsibility be fixed for causing loss to Govt Exchequer by concerned officer/officials of the time.
After publications by Cross Town News , various Committees were constituted in last 3 years to modify/rectify shortcomings and implement Plan , but never happened.
