JAMMU, Feb 12: Former Jammu and Kashmir MLC Shehnaz Ganai joined Bhartiya Janta Party on Monday amid rumours of her joining the part.
Sources told Cross Town News that Ganai is strong Contender now for BJP mandate for Anantnag-Rajouri Lok Sabha seat , which BJP is eyeing along with Jammu and Udhampur Lok Sabha seats.
During joining , Ganai said the government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done a lot of good work for people under 'sabka saath sabka vikas'.
Ganai added “Modi government has empowered every section of society in Jammu and Kashmir which is undergoing a positive transformation."
