Jammu, Dec 22: In WP(C) No. 124/2021 titled Mohd. Yaqoob Vs UT of J&K and others after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAHUL BHARTI, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
The respondent no. 6 – Mohd. Farooq impleaded by name and who is stated to be a Forester/Block Forest Officer, Balnoi/Ghani, Poonch and as he is in the employment of the Forest Department, UT of Jammu & Kashmir, as such it is made incumbent upon the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO), Forest Division, Poonch to apprise the respondent no. 6- Mohd. Farooq to cause his appearance in the case in person or through counsel on the next date of hearing.
In the meantime, reply/response on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 3 through Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG and the reply/response on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 & 5 through Mr. Amit Gupta, learned AAG be filed positively before the next date of hearing, failing which this Court shall be constrained to direct personal appearance of the respondent no. 2 – Deputy Commissioner, Poonch and the respondent no. 4 – Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division, Poonch.
In the meantime, interim direction in terms of an order dated 01.02.2021 to continue till next date of hearing. Registry is directed to scan a copy of the order dated 01.02.2021 which is omitted in scanning of the digital file of this case.
