Jammu, Aug 13: Revenue Department put a question mark on the & working of a senior JKAS Officer, who is at SNO 83 of the Seniority List of JKAS by commenting in a Govt order that "NOT RESPOSIBLE, HENCE DIFFICULT TO ASSIGN ANY WORK".
