Jammu, Nov 26: Jammu Development Authority as a whole is notorious in various kinds of issues especially there are questions on Jagdish Hans, CTP JDA & his team for showing super powers over Bye Laws & other related matters but despite questions raised by the VC, JDA against CTP, for which he submitted report to then Pr Secretary H&UDD vide No JDA/CTP/ 000176/388 dated. 1.10.2022 over rejection of a building permission by Jagdish Hans & his team vide No. CTP/JDA/BPC/1039-41 dtd 02.02.2021 but neither Pr Secretary nor VC JDA bothered  acted on Jagdish Hans, CTP & his team for proved illegality on wrong rejection of a Building Permission.

Now, after detecting a fraud by personal efforts of  Sahil Jandial(JKAS), Secretary, JDA over missing of countless file in JDA, a committee was constituted by Pr Secretary, H&UDD headed by DLM, but interestingly Jagdish Hans CTP was also nominated as a Member of committee for reconstruction of such files.

It was also ordered that committee shall on periodic basis put in public domain files reconstructed for objections but around 06 periodical periods are over but whether H&UDD J&K  Officers  asked DLM, the Chairman of committee that what he had done till today ?

It was also mentioned in the said order that the said committee shall have at least one sitting in one month to review reconstruction of files etc etc but had some one asked the committee head, the DLM JDA that how many meetings he had conducted in 03 months & what further instructions he had issued for early reconstruction of files & how many reconstructed files have been uploaded on JDA's website along with publications in Daily News Papers as has been ordered?

However, order copy with CTN reads as under:-
