New Delhi, Jan 24: Apurva Chandra, MIB Secretary said that the proposed change in IAS, IPS & IFS Cadre Rules is that Govt of India should get more officers in central deputation reserve. As of now, there are only about 18% of officers who are in all central deputations, compared to the requirement of 40%.
