JAMMU, May 29: Ersywhile Jammu and Kashmir cadre IFS Officer Rakesh Kumar has been appointed Joint Secretary, NDMA ( Ministry of Home Affaitrs) , AGMUT cadre IAS  Officer More Ashish Madhaorao appointed Joint Secretary in Financial Services.
