JAMMU, May 29: In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 19 of the Civil Defence Rules, 1968, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of india has decided to hold 2nd Civil Defence Exercise "Operation Shield" in all the districts of States/UTs, adjoining Western border of the country on 31.05.20259d4b41fa-f580-4fde-8cff-f576694f8e41.jpeg
