JAMMU, Oct 29: GAD has promoted some ACD's to time scale and which yard stick has been used by GAD is not understood.
As per details avaolable with Cross Town News, two ACD's who have been involved in mass corruption, daredevils to break Govt. Rules for their vested considerations have been given a gift of promotion to time scale this DIWALI.
GAD also some time back promoted two DPO's of RDD into KAS , one posted as GM Industries at Reasi and the other one is posted as DDEO Kathua.
As per information available with Cross Town News both were involved in scams as BDO's but rewarded by GAD into KAS for what , so that they can loot more people.
It is needless to mention here that GAD has compulsory retired innocents with false charges but promotion to Administrative Services, who are involved in corrupt practices is not understood. It clearly speaks "ANDER NAGREE CHOPAT RAAJ"
