JAMMU, Nov 21: France has expressed interest to explore opportunities of collaboration in tourism and other potential sectors in the northeastern region and Jammu and Kashmir.
This was conveyed by French Ambassador to India Emmanuel Lenain when he called on Union Minister for Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) Jitendra Singh on Friday.
Sources in J&K Administration confirmed the same to Cross Town News.
If such investments come into J&K from France, the Countries may follow the move and can bring more development impetus in J&K.
