Jammu, Nov 15: Lieutenant Governor Girish Chander Murmu showed his displeasure for the mindset of officers of playing safe and asked them to take risks for welfare of the people.
The Lieutenant Governor stressed that the Panchayti Raj and Local Bodies have empowered people on the ground and officers and other people working under Back to Village Programme have direct connect to the people & they can understand the problems and should try to solve them.
