JAMMU, Nov 15: Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy snowfall and rain in J&K and Ladakh UTs during the next 48-hours at most places in the higher reaches of Jammu, Kashmir Valley, Leh and Kargil districts between November 14 and16.
Weather has turned cooler this time quite earlier than last year.
