Jammu, October 16: Many of the Top officials are busy lobbying in the corridors of power to avoid being posted in the cold desert region as UT staus shall start after October, 31.
However, the government has asked the employees to give their choice to get posted in Jammu and Kashmir or Ladakh union territories.
Sources told Cross Town News that as usual, some of the Officials are trying to still rely on their political contacts in national capital over the issue of posting as almost everyone is busy trying to get posting in JK.
For any officer, posting in Jammu or Kashmir means more power, more security at home and office in comparison to Ladakh
As the the twin union territories will formally come into force at the end of this month, so the officers who have not poerformed Well should be send to far off UT's so they may learn how to work properly.
