NEW DELHI, Apr 25: Angry over imposition of President's Rule in Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh, Congress on Monday created ruckus in Parliament, accusing the Modi Government of toppling democratically-elected governments of opposition parties, especially over imposition of President's Rule in Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh,
The issue was raised in both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha with Congress members in both Houses storming the Well and Sonia Gandhi asking serious questions.
