Parents Refuse To Send Students Back To NIT; Plan To Move Supreme Court

JAMMU, April 14 : Many parents of students of the National Institute of Technology  Srinagar in Srinagar refused to send their wards back and they are planning  to knock the doors of the Supreme Court to demand an extension centre of the NIT in Jammu.

As per reports Seven students met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, HRD Minister Smiriti Irani and  Minister of State in PMO Jitendra Singh on Wednesday over demand to shift the NIT from Kashmir due to security concerns but they rejected the demand and assured security on the campus.
