SRINAGAR, Feb 16: Ex- Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir Omar Abdullah on Tuesday via tweets said PDP's stand on government formation in the state was strange and confusing.
Omar pin-pointed at contradictory statements made by PDP president Mehbooba Mufti and senior leader Muzaffar Baig on government formation and tweeted "But isn't this what Mehbooba said after meeting Gov Vohra so why the change of stand now? . This is confusing. Now they do not want CBMs strange”.
Mehbooba, after meeting Governor N N Vohra in Jammu in the first week February said she wanted to take up some confidence-building measures with Centre before forming the new government , where as Baig on Tuesday said that the Mehbooba Mufti had not sought confidence building measures but assurances on implementation of Agenda of Alliance.
