JAMMU, Aug 9: Jammu & Kashmir Government is using Section 144 of RPC to crush the ongoing movement for setting up of AIIMS in Jammu said Chairman AIIMS Coordination Committee , Abhinav Sharma. He said we will resist all anti-democratic methods being used against us.
Coalition Government in J&K of which BJP is also a part on Friday lifted Section 144 to enabled BJP to take out a rally in Jammu and same Government imposed Section 144 after thACC decided to intensify its agitation and take out rallies in different parts of Jammu to express thanks to the people for their overwhelming support to 6-days long "JAMMU" Bandh.
