ADELAIDE, Jan 29India have beaten Australia by 27 runs in the second T20 to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the 3-match series. India scored 184 for 3 with the help of half-centuries from Rohit Sharma (60) and Virat Kohli (59*). In reply, Australia got off to an explosive start with Aaron Finch doing majority of fire-works. He scored 74 off just 48 balls but failed to get support from other batsmen. No other Australian batsman even reached 30.
Credit also goes to Indian bowlers who, despite initial set back and bad fielding, kept the Australian batsmen under check. Young Jasprit Bumrah has once again impressed. Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin were good in this match as well.
