Jammu, November 02: DB comprising of Juctice Alok Aradhe & Justice Tashi Rabstan had issued bailable waarants against, Ravinder Singhg, Director, School Education, Jammu in a contempt petition for securing his personal appearance on Nov.09,2017 for his failure to comply judgement dated December, 20, 2016.
Pertinent to mention here that in order dated October, 06,2017, DB had allowed last oppertunity of three weeks to file compliance report & in default had ordered for personal appearance of DSEJ.
Strange to mention here that neither compliance report was filed nor Director appeared in the court clealy speaks of the high headness of officers over the court orders is a matter of great concern.
Why not such officers be retired as dead woods who don't bother for courts & causing delay in justice? What the Law Minister is looking for, why not he is acting on his department for non compliance of court orders for which he always talks in camera....?
