Srinagar, October 24: Govt issued orders for Placement of Shri Naseer Ahmad, SSP (Telecom) as
IjC Director, Police Telecornmohlcatlon, whichbreads as:-
Sanction is hereby accorded to the Placement of Shri Naseer Ahmad, SSP (Telecom) as IjC Director, PoliceTelecommunication, in his own pay and grade with charge allowance as admissible under rules, for a period of six months or till the post is filled up on a regular basis.

The above arrangement is made purely in theinterest of administration on stop gap basis and shall not confer any preferential claim on the officer for promotion,which shall be made strictly in accordance with the Jammu and Kashmir Police (Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules,2002, read with SRO-209 dated 21st June, 2012. Further, the placement is subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any,pending consideration before any court of competent jurisdiction.
