JAMMU,Dec 02: MLA Jammu East Rajesh Gupta inaugurated the lane of Dalpatian Mohalla near Baba Jeevan shah Mohalla in ward no 5 .The up gradation process is undertaken by way of laying of paver tiles and 15 inch drain in this campaign. The work is estimated to cost rupees 4.75 lakhs.
Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the occasion said that Jammu East constituency is like a bouquet of flowers of all colors, as we have people from all the communities living in perfect harmony and brotherhood with each other.Rajesh Gupta recalled the days when he was a corporator from the same area that has a significant population of Muslim brothers, yet they voted for him because of the trust and confidence he enjoys among them. Now as the MLA of the area he has an increased role and responsibility and he would ensure that Jammu East develops as a model constituency
Rajesh Gupta said that he would ensure the equitable development of all the areas irrespective of the caste, creed or religion in the spirit of sab ka saath sab ka vikaas.Residents of the Dalpatian mohalla present on the occasion thanked the MLA Rajesh Gupta for taking keen interest in the development of the area. They were high praise for the developmental agenda of Rajesh Gupta and promised him full cooperation in all the programmes of BJP.
Rajesh Gupta gave on the spot instructions to the officials of the JMC and PHE present on the occasion to complete the work of the up gradation of the lanes and drains of the area in a time bound manner. Instructions were issued to the concerned authorities to take due care while implementing the works so that no inconvenience is caused to the general public in the area.
