JAMMU, October 10: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, MP Shammi Oberoi and Advisor Nasir Sogami were outside Jammu and Kashmir for their respective engagements.
CM Omar Abdullah and MP Shammi Oberoi were also publicly seen on several occasions in Delhi over the past few days.
Sources told Cross Town News that closed-door discussions regarding the induction of new ministers into the Jammu and Kashmir Cabinet took place in Delhi, where the final shape of the proposed Cabinet expansion was reportedly decided.
Sources that senior Party functionaries were also taken in the loop from Jammu as well as Srinagar and Nasir Sogami from Hyderabad for finalizing the names.
According to sources, the new Cabinet is likely to have three ministers from the Jammu province and five from the Kashmir province, with several new faces expected to be inducted.
Sources further told Cross Town News that the oath-taking ceremony for the new ministers is likely to take place on October 16 or 17.
