JAMMU, Oct 08: In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 and section 8 of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Act, 2011 read with sub-rule (2) of Rule 17 of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Rules, 2011, the Government notifed services/ timelines and Designated Officers/ Appellate Authorities of Departments , whereby putting binding on all concerned Officers/Departments for Building permissions.
