Jammu, Oct 09: Many Contractors are tendering at too low percentage , which no body can understand that how the quality of work can be maintained or other side it raised some questions on SSR by fixing too high rates item wise, which are needed to be evaluated, otherwise 67% below quoted rate by Contractor for execution in a specific work speaks of to execution & completion of the said work by contractor as per required specifications on Rs 33, whereas Govt has calculated it to pay for Rs. 100?
Also one J&K Minister raised the point about Contracts going at too low rates.
