Jammu, Sep 27: No doubts there are countless questions on the working of lot of top IAS Officers of JKUT, which provenly speaks of their so called intelligence & competence or some other undesirable acts but Govt never bothered to act on them for their proved illegality's, which made other such like officers more powerful to commit more illegality's causing harassment to innocent employees & public both?
Some of them has been assigned multiple additional charge as a reward for non complying LG/Govt Orders & harassing general public on the other side & above all causing intentional multi thousand crore loss to JKUT Govt on Stamp Duty Fee & other taxex?
However, one more such proved act can be seen from the shocking episode that one Executive Engineer, who was set to retire on 30th September, 2026 but in open violation of acts & rules, Govt ordered his transfer to other district, raised a pointer towards the working of JKUT Govt as a whole, so it is the need of the day for tough actions on the concerned officers, who by showing their more competence & efficiency processed & issued said transfer order.
