New Delhi, Sep 24: MoRTH introduced auto-approval for vehicle ownership transfers through Aadhaar-based e-KYC on the VAHAN portal, enabling contactless and automated processing.
Transport Commissioner J&K, Vishesh Mahajan advised applicants to update e-KYC and cautions against agents, who have no role in the automated transfer process.
