Shopian, Sep 22: Court has awarded life imprisonment and a ₹1 lakh fine to Bilal Ahmad Seh in connection with a 2019 murder case.
Principal District & Sessions Judge Mehmood Ahmad Chowdhary pronounced the verdict in FIR No. 19/2019 of Police Station Zainapora.
The case relates to the stabbing death of Rural Development Department employee Adfar Rashid Parra alias Kamal at Urpora in April 2019.
