DC, Udhampur Mingpa Sherpa has suspended two officials for alleged dereliction of duty during the ongoing digital crop survey in the district.
The suspended officials have been identified as Man Mohan, a GRS posted in the BDO Office Ghordi, and Rattan Lal, NYC, DYSSO.
The order Copy with CTN read that two officials remained unauthorisedly absent despite directions issued by the competent authorities, resulting in disruption to the government-mandated exercise.
During the suspension period, both officials have been attached to the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur.
They have also been directed not to leave the headquarters without obtaining prior permission.
