New Delhi, Aug 30: Rouse Avenue court has granted two days of custody of former Delhi Jal Board, CEO Udit Prakash Rai and Nagendra Yadav to the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) in the alleged DJB Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) tender scam case.
Both were arrested in connection with the case, in which it is alleged that tender conditions were manipulated to favour a particular company.
A total of six accused, including former Delhi Minister Satyendar Jain, have been arrested in the case.
