From 1 September, Stamping of Boarding Passes for Immigration Clearance at Indian Airports discontinued

New Delhi, Aug 23: From 1 September, the stamping of boarding passes for immigration clearance at Indian airports will be discontinued.

Both electronic Boarding Passes on smartphones and printed ones will be accepted. The Bureau of Immigration has introduced the change to make the process faster and more convenient for international travellers.
