Under Alyas Khan , District Administration reaches out to the families of 50 martyrs

Ramban, August 14: In a solemn tribute to the bravehearts who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty, the District Administration Ramban, under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Alyas Khan, today reached out to the families of 50 martyrs, visiting them at their doorsteps across the district.

The initiative was organised as part of the ongoing Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign, with the objective of honouring the sacrifices of the martyrs and strengthening the bond between the administration and their families.

The Deputy Commissioner along with SSP Ramban Arun Gupta, ADC Varunjeet Singh Charak, Additional SP Mujeeb-Ur-Rehman, ACR Shokat Hayat Mattoo and other senior officers, visited the families of martyrs at their residences and interacted with the next of kin.

During the visits, the officers conveyed the administration’s deep respect and gratitude for the supreme sacrifices made by the martyrs in the service of the nation.

he families were presented with the National Flag (Tiranga) along with gifts.

The Deputy Commissioner, SSP and other officers listened to the concerns and grievances of the families and assured them of every possible assistance from the district administration.

Relevant departments were directed to examine pending issues and facilitate timely resolution, wherever required.

The families were also apprised of various government welfare schemes and support measures, including educational and other benefits available to the dependents of martyrs.

The administration reiterated its commitment to ensuring that the families of the fallen heroes receive continued support and all due entitlements.

As part of the district-wide outreach, Similarly Sub-Divisional Magistrates along with Tehsildars, SDPOs and other field-level officers of civil and police administration also visited the families of martyrs in their respective areas and conveyed the administration’s solidarity and gratitude.

The District Administration reiterated its commitment to honouring the memory of the martyrs and ensuring continued support and assistance to their families.
