Jammu, Aug 13: No doubts, JDA is notorious in various issues like adoption of "Pick & Choose" in disposals, issuance of Notices under various sections over illegal constructions after reaching it to some levels otherwise buildings cannot be raised in a weeks time, & other related issues?
Recently VC JDA has illegally cancelled allotment of various shops in Bahu Plaza but in some cases by quoting illegal terms & conditions despite not going through the replys submitted after Notices, following which caused litigations & all illegal orders were stated by High Court, raised a pointer towards working of JDA as a whole?
Now, one more hot issue of the day is that time & again VC, JDA & DLM, JDA has been informed regarding unauthorised use of JDAs Prime Plot as a dumping yard of garbage yard by JMC & others in heart of posh area of Trikuta Nagar, Jammu opposite to Rawalpindi Sweets & adjoining to Govt Dispensary & Residences & commercial concerns, which is giving foul smell in the vicinity & may cause severe kind of diseases but neither VC JDA nor DLM bothered to act on the said serious issue, raised some doubtful questions on both officers for intentionally creating problem for the general public,
It is the need of the day for actions by CM being th H&UDD Minister to save peoples from such harassment being caused by JDA Bosses.
